Josephine's Bio

Josephine Sabatino is a New York Native, born in Manhattan. She lived in Staten Island for a short time before moving to Brooklyn, where she has lived for the past 25 years. Before settling in her career in real estate as Office Manager - Director of Sales for RE/MAX Edge, Josephine has had many years of experience in retail management and sales.

Josephine leads a diverse team of over 70 real estate professionals representing buyers and sellers throughout the NYC area. She enjoys leading her Associates, driving them to succeed, and contributing to scaling their business. Under the mentorship of Michael Napolitano Jr., Josephine acquired her knowledge of the real estate business over the past 7 years. As one who enjoys a challenge and has a love of learning she approaches her job with great enthusiasm. She is respected by her colleagues for her problem solving & leadership skills.

Josephine prides herself as an ethical real estate professional who strives to teach her agents how to make the process as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Continuously stressing the importance of building and maintaining client relationships, she provides agents with the market knowledge, technology, and resources they require to effectively meet their clients' needs.

Josephine takes business seriously, but never forgets the importance of fun and family. She has been a member of the Parent Teacher Association (President/Secretary) & Student leadership team in her daughter’s school, and was a member of the 86th street Bath Beach Chapter of Kiwanis International. She dedicates time and attention to giving back to her community whenever she can. She loves to take vacation at Disney World. She enjoys the Disney spirit and Florida fun & sun with her family every year.
